Fusion3 3D printers can print any material that melts at 300*C or lower. The E3D print head that we use in our F400 and F410 3D printers could be modified to run at 400*C, theoretically allowing the ability to print very high-temperature materials like Peek and Ultem. However, Peek and Ultem also require an enclosed space that is heated over 80*C (best around 100*C or 220*F). In order to heat that space, the printer would have to be insulated, the motion control system would need to be actively cooled, along with other safety modifications.

Attend A Live, Online Demo

Each week we host live, online webinars to demonstrate the capabilities and features of the F410 3D printer.

Over the course of 1 hour, we take you through the process of printing a part, from start-to-finish, and with 2 way audio, encourage you to ask questions along the way.

Thanks for responding! Please look for an invitation via email within 1 business day.
