Fusion3 3D printers can print any material that melts at 300*C or lower. The E3D print head that we use in our F400 and F410 3D printers could be modified to run at 400*C, theoretically allowing the ability to print very high-temperature materials like Peek and Ultem. However, Peek and Ultem also require an enclosed space that is heated over 80*C (best around 100*C or 220*F). In order to heat that space, the printer would have to be insulated, the motion control system would need to be actively cooled, along with other safety modifications.
